About Whispers Lounge:
Whispers Lounge is the chic lobby bar at Coeur d’Alene Resort, known for handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and a sophisticated atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable Barback to help keep the bar running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role:
As a Barback, you will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure guests receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies

• Clear and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Assist bartenders with any support needed during busy shifts

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Prior barback or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
