Banking Officer

Established in 2012, Bank of China Europe S.A. Poland Branch was the first Chinese bank officially opened in Poland. As China’s most international and diversified bank, the Bank provides a comprehensive range of financial services to their customers. Our core business is commercial banking, including corporate banking, personal banking and financial markets services.

Brief description

Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for bank customers including bank account services, processing remittance orders, promoting E-banking channels etc. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide account services to customers by receiving payments, issuing withdrawals, trading finance businesses, currency exchanges etc.
• Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.
• New customer onboarding, ongoing Due Diligence work of existence customers.
• External and internal reporting tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Banking or a related field.
• At least one year of work experience in a related field.
• Good communication skills in Chinese, English and Polish
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite
