About the role

We are seeking a lawyer with the vision and ambition to develop their career in banking and finance transactions, as we continue to enhance our Banking & Finance team.

As a member of our Finance practice group, you will:

• Be part of an exceptional Banking & Finance team, gaining experience across a wide spectrum of market-leading banking and finance transactions
• Participate in project teams and support the execution of transactions
• Be exposed to interactions and exchanges with regulatory authorities
• Have the opportunity to contribute to various tasks as part of a highly qualified project team

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• Qualification to act as Greek lawyer through Greek law degree and bar admission;
• An LLM in a field related to Banking & Finance
• At least 2 years of experience in banking and financial transactions
• A strong vision to become an expert legal practitioner in banking and finance transactions
• A continuous learning and development mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and commitment
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• A good command of business English
