Band 7 MRI Radiographer

Location: London
Start Date: 16/12/2024
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 -19:00
Pay Rate: £30.00 - £32.00 P/H

Key Responsibilities:

As a General Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing both routine and specialized imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and more. You will ensure the safety and comfort of patients during the imaging process, assisting with their preparation and positioning. Working closely with clinical teams, you will contribute to providing accurate diagnostic results while maintaining precise and up-to-date patient records and images in accordance with hospital protocols.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Radiography or a related field, and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting, with experience in Fluoroscopy NHS or private in UK
  • Proficiency in using imaging equipment and a solid understanding of radiographic techniques and safety protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and to lead and supervise junior staff when required.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure patient safety and accurate imaging results
