About the role:

The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in Warrington. This is a full-time position starting on 30th September 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £24 - £30. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities as a Cardiac Physiologist:

You will conduct non-invasive cardiac investigations, including ECGs, Holter monitoring, and stress tests. You will analyse and interpret test results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions. You will collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records. You will ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential:
  • Clinical ECG / ABPM experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience as a Cardiac Physiologist.
  • IBHRE or BHRS accreditation.
  • Experience in non-invasive cardiac diagnostics.
• Desirable:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to patient care and safety.
