Your tasks

Responsible for the management and preparation of safety documents for clients and subcontractors; he/she organizes medical visits and training courses, and manages ISO 9001 quality audit with consultant support.

Activities include

• Manage and maintain the HSE documentation for Kardex Italia personnel

• Oversee corporate health surveillance in collaboration with the company doctor and HR

• Manage clients and suppliers, sharing the necessary HSE documentation for installation and maintenance activities

• Update and archive HSE and Quality documentation

• Support certification bodies during Quality Verification Audits (ISO9001)

• Perform general group purchase order entry activities (e.g., office supplies, stationery, etc.) for suppliers in the SAP management system

• Backup for Kardex Projects Offer/Order Handling
