Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the backend development and iteration of TikTok Messaging in the Singapore team, building and evolving server-side capabilities for Streak, Stickers, Voice & Video Call, and other core messaging features, and participating in the backend architecture design and implementation of TikTok Social Messaging;
- Build and maintain server-side IM infrastructure (IMCloud), including cloud-based IM data management and cross-datacenter synchronization, to ensure a reliable core messaging experience; safeguard user privacy and ensure IM data compliance with regulatory requirements across regions;
- Explore next-generation messaging experiences powered by LLM and AIGC, including conversational chatbots, AIGC-powered stickers, and other personalized features that elevate user engagement;
- Continuously improve the performance, stability, and scalability of the Messaging system under high-concurrency scenarios, reduce system access costs, and improve system reliability.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
2. Strong logical analysis and system abstraction abilities;
3. Proficient in AI coding tools; those with interest in or practical experience with AI Skills/AI Agents are preferred;
4. Solid computer fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, etc.); familiar with at least one programming language (Java/Go/C++/Python, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications：
1. Developers with strong self-drive and sense of responsibility, with internship experience in back-end development, and who have participated in complete projects will be given priority;
2. Strong learning and communication skills, and a sustained passion for technology;
