Backend Developer PHP/Laravel

Tagaddod is looking for a talented Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to join our innovative Software Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality server-side components for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications are robust, scalable, and perform seamlessly for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and Laravel
• Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to create seamless integrations between client and server-side components
• Participate in architecture and design discussions to develop scalable and maintainable systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance and scalability of applications
• Write clear and concise documentation for developed features and APIs
• Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
• Good communication and teamwork skills
