Back Waiter - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Back Waiter to join the team at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. As a Back Waiter, you will support the front waitstaff by ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction expected at a luxury establishment.

The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and capable of working seamlessly with the service team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist front waiters/waitresses in serving guests and delivering high-quality service
• Prepare and replenish side stations with necessary supplies, including cutlery, glassware, and condiments
• Clear tables and remove used dishes, cutlery, and glassware promptly and discreetly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
• Support efficient food and beverage service flow by coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs as directed by the front waitstaff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Back Waiter or similar role in a 5-Star luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and polished appearance
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be currently in UAE
