ABOUT THE POSITION:

B2B Sales Manager at BURGA isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about unlocking new opportunities and shaping the global expansion of a brand that’s turning heads worldwide. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey, building meaningful partnerships and helping us bring BURGA’s bold style to new markets, retailers, and distributors across the globe.

Your Role: Drive BURGA’s B2B growth by identifying high-potential markets, turning leads into long-term partners, and opening new doors across wholesale and corporate sales channels. You’ll craft and execute bold sales strategies, represent the brand in key discussions, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless partner experiences and real results, with a strong focus on BURGA’s drinkware product line.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Own and execute BURGA's long-term B2B growth strategy for the USA

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, pipeline development, and strategic customer acquisition

- Identify, acquire, and grow relationships with key national and regional retail accounts

- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, promotions, marketing contributions, and other partnership agreements

- Manage retail rollouts, product launches, and assortment planning across the US market

- Monitor account performance, sales forecasts, inventory, and commercial KPIs to identify growth opportunities

- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking

- Represent BURGA at strategic meetings, trade shows, and industry events

- Collaborate with distributors and local sales partners to accelerate market expansion

- Recommend improvements to commercial strategy, route-to-market, pricing, and customer segmentation

- Travel within the USA and internationally when required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B service or product sales, showcasing success in attracting and developing new customers

- Skilled in developing markets for new products or driving sales expansion within retail or lifestyle brands

- Knowledge of working proficient with any CRM system

- Background in consumer goods, lifestyle products, accessories or drinkware is a strong advantage

- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills

- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels

- Goal-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Ability to confidently build and establish connections with anyone

- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

SALARY: 2500 - 3500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
