Ayudante de Mantención, Jardinería y Servicios Generales

Job Description

El Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén se encuentra en búsqueda de un Ayudante de Mantención generalista

Funciones Principales:

• Realizar reparaciones menores en general, tales como cerrajería, puertas, ventanas, rejas, artefactos sanitarios, techos, entre otros, en las dependencias de la unidad solicitante, labores como soldadura, cerrajería, carpintería, gasfitería, pintura, jardinería, equipos de aire, etc. y otras funciones que el colegio determine.
• Realizar reparación y mantenimiento de la infraestructura vial, tales como reparación de aceras, calles, soleras, repaso de pintura de demarcación en general.
• Realizar cambio de componentes de equipos averiados, tales como luminarias en general, enchufes, sanitarios, mobiliario entre otros.
• Verificar el estado de insumos y herramientas a utilizar en sus funciones habituales y reportar a su jefatura.
• Apoyar con las tareas de preparación en las actividades administrativas y académicas que se desarrollan en el colegio, tales como, traslado de mobiliario, instalación de alfombras, pendones o implementos varios propios de cada actividad dentro de las dependencias del colegio.

No es necesario tener conocimientos expertos o certificaciones , si no conocimientos de ayudante adelantado.

Contrato a plazo fijo, renovable con la segunda evaluación podría pasar a indefinido.
Horario por Turnos semanales : 
Turno 1: Lunes a Viernes 13:30 a 21:30 - Sabado 08:00 a 14:00
Turno 2: Lunes a Viernes 12:00 a 21:30 
Jornada: 42 horas semanales

Experiencia: 2 años en rubro similares . Deseable haber trabajado en el área de mantenimiento o servicios generales

Nivel educacional: 4to medio finalizado.

Renta Líquida aproximada: $650.000
