We are currently seeking an experienced AWS Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely from the Philippines and collaborate with our global team to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions for our clients using the AWS platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions
• Design, develop, and implement AWS architecture for a wide range of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency
• Evaluate existing applications and recommend modifications to improve performance, stability, and cloud-readiness
• Stay updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize and enhance our cloud-based solutions
• Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to the development team
• Prepare technical documentation, including design diagrams, flowcharts, and user manuals
• Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals and presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 Specialty or Professional level AWS Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 3 years focusing on AWS solutions architecture
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification is required
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and Terraform
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud-based solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
