Job Description & Summary

· Private Equity(PE)의 M&A 거래 세무자문 수행
· 법인세 세무조정 업무 및 세무조사 지원, 세무진단, 경정청구, 불복 등 세무자문 업무 수행
· 국내 기관투자자(연기금, 공제회, 금융기관 등) 및 자산운용사의 해외 대체투자(부동산·인프라·사모 등) 구조 설계, 세무자문, 계약서 검토
· 해외투자자의 국내 부동산 투자 tax structuring
· 미국 연방세 및 주세 신고 대리

[자격 요건]

조세 업무 관련 경력 4년 이상
