Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

• Network designing and configuration of network devices

• Working with Third Party vendors to implement MPLS VPN links and establish connectivity

• Remote Installation and Configuring of network devices

• Working on Cisco network devices WAN Routers and WAAS

• Determine bandwidth sizing requirement and Order circuits with WAN service Provider such as AT&T

• Coordinate implementation tasks with various parties

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 7 to 9 years of experience in Network Administration

• Good Project Management Skills(PMP Desirable)

• Technical Certifications :CCNP/CCIP/CCIE or equivalent

• Hands on Expertise on the Network devices like Switches, Routers ,Wan Optimizers, Wireless Lan and their components

• Strong Hands on networking experience with Enterprise MPLS networking

• Good knowledge on the Service provider networks and terminologies

• Good knowledge on VPN and MPLS VPN.

• Strong Networking Troubleshooting skills

• Strong Communication and documentation skills

• Strong Knowledge of ITIL framework.

• Knowledge on DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Load Balancing and IDS/IPS
