Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service Existing-to-Bank (ETB) merchants
- Recruit New-to-Bank (NTB) merchants
- Provide timely after-sales support and respond to merchant queries
- Offer tailored payment solutions to meet merchant needs
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Take proactive actions for merchants with Trigger Event and On-going Review (OGR)
- Educate merchants on PCI DSS compliance requirements
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in UAT and compliance releases
