Job description

• This position will lead the agency digital enablement team to manage the digital enablement activities for agency distribution. Drive business excellence initiatives, business process optimization, system enhancements, and change management efforts to optimize business operations and support business growth strategies.

  Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading digital strategic initiatives within agency distribution department that involving cross-functional teams to ensure that complex projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the business requirements.

Preferred skills

• Sound knowledge of life insurance products, distribution operations, marketing, life operations, client experience and expertise in digital technologies

• Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.

• Proven experience in leading and driving process reengineering/improvement, and digital transformation initiatives within the life insurance / financial industry.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior executives.

• Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies, with the ability to effectively manage resistance to change and drive employee adoption.

• Strong business acumen and financial management skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data, assess ROI, and make informed decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• ·Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, and Business Administration, or related field.

• Over 15 years of experience leading strategic projects with a focus on digital transformation, business enablement/process improvement initiatives.

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

• Broad knowledge of all aspects of the system development lifecycle, i.e. Scrum, Agile, waterfall.

• Agency digital enablement - implementation, tracking and monitoring of all digital initiatives
• Lead the two-in-a-box model from the distribution side
• Transforming and Improving Agency Distribution Business and Operations through EODB Initiatives
• Leading change management initiatives within the agency channel
