Responsabilidades e atribuições:
Recepcionar clientes na entrega de amostras, recebendo as caixas, verificando em que temperatura elas se encontram;
Comunicar a chegada das amostras ao departamento comercial, através do envio de cadeias de custódia, visando a liberação para lançamento no sistema;
Lançar a entrada da amostra, após liberação do departamento comercial junto ao sistema Mylims;
Identificar amostras, inserindo código de barras, a fim de organizá-las e encaminhá-las às respectivas geladeiras e ambientes, para que o laboratório possa analisá-las;
Receber, conferir e enviar amostras para análises externas;
Manter a organização e limpeza do setor, garantindo a qualidade e agilidade no processo de recebimento de amostras.
Requisitos e qualificações:
Ensino médio completo;
Desejável Técnico ou graduação em logística, ou áreas correlatas;
Conhecimento no pacote office;
Pró atividade, organização e senso de urgência.
