Job Overview:
As a Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in line with factory and dealership standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, the latest diagnostic equipment, and a team of professionals that values continuous improvement and training.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer standards.
Utilize factory-approved diagnostic tools to identify and address vehicle issues effectively.
Conduct inspections and identify vehicle malfunctions, keeping detailed records of all work performed.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and participate in manufacturer-provided training.
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and maintain dealership standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and uphold the highest level of workmanship in all repairs.
 
Qualifications:
Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician or dealership experience strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, ideally working with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of electronic systems, engines, and mechanical components.
ASE certification is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
