Your Mission as a Sales Consultant is to Earn Customers for Life - more importantly than selling vehicles, you’re delivering an unforgettable experience. You’ll guide customers through every step of the buying process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle. You’ll be the expert they trust, the advisor they remember, and the reason they come back.

What You’ll Do:

• Master our product lineup and confidently present features, options, and financing solutions.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and genuine connection.
• Use our advanced CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
• Stay sharp - Take Personal Ownership and attend training sessions to stay ahead of the curve on new models and features.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of prior automotive sales experience is required, luxury experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
• Self-starter mentality with a hunger to Improve Constantly and exceed goals.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Most of all, a team player mindset with the passion and drive to Have Fun!
