Automation Tester

RCG IT Philippines is in need of AUTOMATION TESTERS to be part of our growing team. We are looking for highly-skilled individuals who are amenable to work on night shift and Temporary Work From Home, Hybrid or RTO set-up. Our offices in the Philippines are located in Makati City and Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications:

• ‌Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration and delivery systems
• Strong technical skills in using automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver
• ‌Strong knowledge of test documents (test plans, test cases, etc.) creation
• Must be experienced and/or knowledgeable in the following:
  • API Testing
  • BDD (Cucumber, JBehave)
  • Web Automation Testing
  • Java Test Writing and Development
  • Test Data Management
  • ‌Test Automation Development
  • Web-based UIs (User Interface)
  • Web Services
  • XML
  • JSON
  • JIRA
• Has exposure to Agile methodology
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ‌Responsible for developing automation scripts using a variety of tools, including niche software and non-related technologies
• ‌Analyze tasks, workflows and processes and design an automation solution, that is in line with established architectures, standards, and best practices, that will reduce, speed up, or eliminate the manual effort required using various solution
• ‌Assist Architects in developing frameworks, standards, and best practices
• ‌Assist in developing plans, estimates, prototypes, report status and train other resources
• ‌Participate in peer code, design and framework reviews
