Automation Officer

Job Description Summary :

Ensure calibration is on schedule and run according to procedure.

Job Description ​:

• Make a schedule of calibrated tools.
• Implement calibration according to schedule.
• Create a calibration report.
• Coordinate with related sections.
• Coordinate with external parties related to calibration.
• Give and make ID Number on the new measuring tools.
• Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.
• Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the work location
• Record the operational activities in the diary.
• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head.
• Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman.

Job Requirement :

• Min Bachelor Degree in Automation Engineering or equivalent
• Having min 3 years of working experience in Automation and Calibration
• Good in analytical thinking
• Willing to be located in Marunda (North Jakarta)
