Responsibilities:

Support automatic machines development for globl plants(NA/SA/IN/EU) .
Cooperate with Engineer from other regions and lead the machine development by local supplier and support set up, commissioning problem solving. 
Lead existing production line automation upgrade.
Analysis existing production line and evaluate feasibility of automation upgrade, especially for the 1st polit.

Lead production line automation projects to achieve automation KPI for APAC plants.
Lead industrialize new automatic assembly projects and machine development
Develop assembly process for new product, especially focus on new automatic production line. Related process including filling, swaging, rolling, press fitting etc.
New technology investigation and application feasibility study.

Qualifications:

Bachelor in mechanical engineering or equal.
8 years experience Min in assembly process development or machine development , or non-standard machine design or manufacture releated fields. 
Fluent in English listening,speaking,reading and writing English.
Offen go business trip abroad or APAC plants to support machine set up and commissoning.
Preferred in the automotive industry with complex tooling and machinery.
Preferred in automation background and software programing experience. 
Knowledge of  procedures like APQP,  TS16949 or related tools preferred.
LEAN production knowledge/experience preferred.
