Automation Development Engineer (PWD/PCD)

Position Summary

1. Design and develop the mechanical structure of equipment needed for production and contribute to production by supplying it to the manufacturing site.
2. Define standard and production specification in accordance with its use and where it's used and design it to become a safe and efficient equipment and facility.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Specification creation] Support to specify the target function and performance and write system specification in accordance with regulation and standards of where it's used(country, business unit).

2. [Mechanical design] Support to materialize specific shape and mechanism of facility and equipment and make it into drawing.

3. [Production support] Support reviewing the specification and checking whether it is produced according to the design and improve problems.

4. [Set up and stabilization support] Support finding problems in the field to stabilize the system operation and raise efficiency and analyze and improve the cause of the problem.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks

• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations

• Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments

• Typically requires a minimum 3 years of related experience since TB1
