What You’ll Do

· Diagnose mechanical issues on collision-damage vehicles.

· Repair or replace mechanical components, including suspension, steering, brakes, cooling systems, and drivetrains.

· Perform alignments and calibrations as required.

· Complete A/C recharges, electrical repairs, and other mechanical tasks per OEM standards.

· Work closely with estimators, production managers, and parts staff to ensure accurate parts ordering and timely workflow.

· Communicate additional mechanical issues discovered during repair for proper documentation and approval.

Requirements

Experience: Proven background as an Auto Body Technician (I-CAR Certification preferred)

· Skills: Strong competency in frame and structural repairs, panel replacements, body filler application, and refinishing prep

· Knowledge: Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and modern collision repair techniques—skills that align with our dedication to craftsmanship using the latest tools and technology

· Traits: Highly detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and cooperative as part of a close-knit, transparent team
