Key Responsibilities:

· Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards

· Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs

· Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels

· Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

· Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed

Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience

· Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment

· Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures

· I-CAR certification (preferred, not required—we’ll help you get it!)

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills—a great personality goes a long way in our shop!

· Willingness to learn and grow with our team

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
