TRAINING CONTENT:

• Herstellen von Spritzgussformen mittels Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen, Bohren
  und Erodieren an CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
• Wartung und Reparatur von Spritzgussformen
• Manuelles und maschinelles Spanen sowie Erstellen von Programmen für CNC-gesteuerte Werkzeugmaschinen
• Herstellen und Montieren von Bauteilen und Baugruppen unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Fertigungsverfahren
• Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und rationelle Energieverwendung

Arbeitsgebiet    

Der / die Werkzeugmechaniker/in stellt die Formen zum Spritzgießen der Kunststoffteile her. Er / Sie fertigt die einzelnen Bauteile der Form, mittels Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen, Bohren und Erodieren an CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen.
Nach dem Verfeinern der Formflächen, mittels Handwerkzeugen, montiert er / sie die einzelnen Bauteile zur kompletten Spritzgießform.

Neben dem Formenbau ist der / die Werkzeugmechaniker/in auch für die Wartung und Reparatur von Spritzgießformen zuständig.
