TRAINING CONTENT:

• Grundlagen der Metallbearbeitung (Prüfen, Anreißen, Kennzeichnen, manuelles und maschinelles Spanen, Trennen und Umformen, Fügen)
• Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik
• Installieren elektrischer Baugruppen und Komponenten
• Messen und Prüfen elektrischer Größen
• Installieren und Testen von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
• Aufbau und Prüfung von elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Steuerungen
• Programmieren, Prüfen, Einstellen, Inbetriebnahmen, Bedienen und Instandhalten von mechatronischen Systemen

Arbeitsgebiet

Der Mechatroniker ist Fachmann im Schnittstellenbereich der Mechanik und Elektronik. Durch die fachübergreifende Ausbildung ist er sehr vielfältig einsetzbar, z.B. als Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsfachmann, Monteur beim Kunden, Gruppenmitglied in Fertigungsinseln oder Montagefachmann in komplexen Montagen.
