Is this the role for you?

As an Audio Visual Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, organising, and directing the completion of customer facing and internal projects ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and within scope. You will engage with stakeholders across multiple levels and business units within Ricoh Australia and customers

 

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage multiple customer facing projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, procurement, resource allocation, and project execution.
    • Governance and reporting - managing projects, including regular reporting, development of communications, and creating processes that improve the effectiveness and transparency of the project and outcomes.
    • Track performance of project outcomes and communicate this effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Knowledge share/capability build - building capability and skills of those involved in projects through knowledge sharing, facilitating connections and constructively challenging thinking.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to identify project requirements, risks, and dependencies and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
    • Act as an escalation point for project stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure pathway to achieve successful project delivery.
    • Proactively manage change controls and communicate impact in project scope, identify issues and devising contingency plans.

  • 5-10 years in an audio-visual project management/delivery role
  • Strong project management/delivery knowledge and skills
  • Strong knowledge of appropriate project management tools and processes
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to create meaningful relationships
  • Proven ability to communicate complex matters in a clear and simple manner to business stakeholders
