Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe Administration des Ventes Training et Tech Data comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

• Gestion d’un portefeuille client (saisie commande/facturation/ contact client)
• Gestion desdemandes d'acomptes sur son périmètre et collecter les règlements
• Résolution des litiges simples en collaboration avec le service Commercial et/ou le service Finance ou Credit Management Support transverse ATR
• Participation à la révision du catalogue TECH DATA
• Rédaction des Process métiers et audit des outils existants

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

• Niveau d'études : Licence (Bac+3/Master)
• Aisance en anglais permettant d'échanger à l'oral ou à l'écrit avec nos clients non francophones
• Connaissances outils informatiques : Microsoft office tools. SAP est un plus.
• Sens de la relation client
• Organisé
• Esprit d'équipe
• Autonomie
