主要职位职责
- 运用顾客服务技能、基本销售技术和产品知识，为顾客提供正确产品并且带动销售。
- 通过提供优良服务和在销售过程中融入品牌故事，建立顾客和耐克品牌之间的联系。
- 掌握店铺各项营运工作，熟练操作收银机进行正常交易、履行送货和收货职责、为销售区提供货物、履行清洁职责、协助进行商品陈列。
- 担任消费者和初级水平员工的产品知识顾问。主动学习和提升销售技巧、耐克产品和文化、客户服务技术的知识。
- 协助领导、高级员工和经理培训初级员工。
- 主动提供顾客服务以协助预防损失工作。对入店行窃或者内部偷窃事件保持警惕并且向主管报告可疑活动。
