YOU…

  • develop and implement test programs on state‑of‑the‑art ATE production testers with current focus on Teradyne J750
  • work on wafer and final test for microcontroller devices with embedded non‑volatile memory (NVM)
  • develop, debug and verify test programs and test patterns on ATE in a secure laboratory environment
  • execute engineering and characterization tests on wafer level and packaged devices
  • optimize test programs to reduce test‑related yield losses
  • evaluate and analyze test data to support learning cycles regarding NVM settings and performance
  • document test results and ensure structured reporting
  • coordinate closely with design, concept, product and test engineering teams on test concepts, DfT topics, content and results
  • transfer and support test packages for production readiness

YOU…

  • have successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable field
  • have professional experience in semiconductor test engineering, preferably in test program development
  • have hands‑on experience with ATE, ideally Teradyne J750
  • have expert knowledge in digital test development, including VBA programming
  • have experience with JIRA and versioning/documentation tools such as SVN and Git
  • bring general programming and scripting knowledge (e.g. Batch, C/C++, Python)
  • are experienced in test data analysis and familiar with statistical methods
  • are a team player with good communication skills
  • have good English language skills, written and spoken
