PE:
1. 生產中異常處理及改善
2. 客訴產品異常分析及改善
3. 統計分析及8D 撰寫
4. 撰寫產品生產流程 SOP
5. 撰寫製程規範(Control plan)
6. 撰寫製程潛在失效模式及影響分析(PFMEA)
7. 生產製造的教育訓練能力
EE:
1. 設備維修及預防性保養校正
2. 撰寫設備操作及維修 SOP
3. 擬定機台保養計畫(月、季、年保)
4. 撰寫設備異常排除及異常預防改善 OCAP
5. 治具設計及驗證
