Job Description

1. 安全政策制定與執行：
- 制定並更新公司工業安全政策，確保符合國家和地方法規。
- 監督安全政策的執行，確保所有部門遵守相關規範。
2. 風險評估與管理：
- 定期進行安全風險評估，識別潛在危險源。
- 制定風險控制措施，並監督其實施效果。
3. 安全培訓與教育：
- 設計並實施安全培訓計劃，提升員工的安全意識和技能。
- 組織定期的安全演練，確保員工熟悉應急處理流程。
4. 安全事故調查與報告：
- 針對發生的安全事故進行調查，找出根本原因。
- 制定並實施改進措施，防止類似事故再次發生。
5. 跨部門協作：
- 與生產、工程、品質等部門合作，確保安全措施在各環節的落實。
- 提供專業建議，協助其他部門解決安全相關問題。
6. 團隊管理與發展：
- 負責工業安全團隊的日常管理，確保團隊高效運作。
- 進行團隊成員的績效考核和職涯發展指導，激勵團隊提出創新想法。
