Job description
【岗位职责】
1.通过电话和微信等方式及专业的话术向海外客户提供课程体系介绍，促成签约
2.帮助学员和家长定制学习计划，能够合理规划促成二次转化；
3.以为付费用户提供良好的服务为前提，促进用户完成转介绍活动；
4.完成每月的销售计划和指标；
【任职要求】
1.大专以上学历，有教育行业电销相关经验优先；
2.能够在高强度工作环境下保持冷静、应对挑战和处理突发情况。
3.具备持续学习的心态和积极主动的工作态度，不断提升自身专业素养和销售技能。
4.良好的口头和书面表达能力，善于倾听和理解客户需求，并能够清晰地传递信息。
5.理解能力、表达能力、沟通能力强，积极拥抱互联网变化;
6.希望从事在线教育，喜欢和家长打交道，有服务意识;
