增长产品经理-营销方向
职位描述：
1.负责交易所用户全生命周期的营销转化任务及活动的产品设计（包括不限于福利中心、各类营销活动等），为产品效果及用户体验负责；
2.协调各方资源，高效推进产品设计和开发落地，跟踪使用反馈和数据情况，并持续改进；
3.主动优化产品路径、活动玩法、用户体验等，提升活动效果及核心业务指标；
4.洞察产品面临的问题及挑战，熟悉竞品现状，并基于业务目标、产品数据及用户反馈，持续打磨产品，提升运营效率及增长效果。
岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上用户增长类经验，有用户增长成功产品案例优先；
2.有Web3.0/区块链行业经验，资深加密圈用户，对各类营销活动非常了解；
3.具备系统的产品规划设计能力、具备出色的的沟通协作能力及项目推动能力；
4.较强的需求判断、引导能力，具备用户思维，对业务数据敏感，逻辑性强；
5.思维活跃，较强的用户同理心和洞察力、对产品细节与体验设计敏感；
6.工作积极主动，有高度责任心、自我驱动。
