What You’ll Be Doing: Responsible for formulating business growth strategies for multiple core departments, deeply understanding business logic, able to continuously optimize strategies and business analysis systems from business growth and business goals. Business & Data drive, able to independently analyze the core factors of business growth, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various business strategies, operational actions, and resource inputs from a growth perspective, and produce feasible strategies and operational optimization suggestions. Goal-oriented, with problem-solving as the highest priority, able to communicate and collaborate efficiently with business, product, and other analysis teams to promote goal achievement. Through data modeling and analysis, we can identify pain points and problems in the business, and collaborate with the business to jointly govern and solve them. What We Look For In You: Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mathematical statistics, science and engineering, business or related fields are preferred, and the ability to use both Chinese and English as working languages is also required. More than 5 years of experience in growth strategy/business analysis/market analysis/industry analysis/business analysis, proficient in Excel, SQL and other tools, able to proficiently use ChatGPT to solve difficult problems. Candidates with experience in managing teams are preferred. Strong communication and promotion skills, self-driven, able to timely promote the resolution of business issues. Strong logical thinking ability, strong willingness and ability to learn, able to continuously explore new things.
