The Associate – Platform Product Operation is a senior professional role. This role specializes in maintaining the daily routine of platform product. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Have direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Responsibilities:  Individual mapped to this job description is responsible for strategic planning withdraw pricing for cryptos, make sure the liquidity and effectiveness  Monitor the process of wallet usage and balance the user experience and platform profits  Familiar with users in this industry and data-driven, keep improve operation tools and strategy by product and users  Specialize in making SOP for all kinds of central managed business routine, ensure the effectiveness and standardized process of all sub business lines  Responsible for polishing all platform products, pushing products improvements by data analysis and distinguished insights Qualifications: Bachelor’s/University degree in math, statistics, finance, or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience working in crypto industry, experience in wallet management is a plus Excellent communication skills and English vocal capability Familiar with SQL, VBA, experienced with Python Systematic thinking and capable of cross team cooperations Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high risk and demanding environment Good analytical skills and positive attitude   高级平台产品运营 – 钱包方向 本职位注重候选人的成长与发展，对交易所及平台基础产品运营的知识有一定的需求，负责平台级产品的基本维护和优化，帮助业务发展及战略规划。对于行业有一定的理解，对工作需要很强的责任心，逻辑性与专业性。善于与他人相处和沟通，能够精确简洁地传达意见。在时代快速的交替更新中，具有创新精神，不满足现有的解决方案，敢为人先，创造具有影响力，引领行业的有效风控解决方案。 职责：  负责制定和优化交易所内资产的充值与提现策略，确保资金流动的安全性与高效性。监控充值提现流程，及时解决用户在使用过程中遇到的问题，提升用户体验。  具备敏锐的数据洞察力，熟悉区块链用户画像及竞品动态，结合平台与用户特点，不断优化运营工具与策略，提升运营效率与用户满意度。  精通并维护平台标准操作流程（SOP），定期进行迭代更新，确保各业务线能够高效、准确地执行。  负责线上产品的全面跟踪，通过数据分析深入挖掘产品问题与增长潜力，提出并实施有效的优化方案，推动产品持续升级。 要求：  拥有2-3年区块链行业工作经验，具备钱包运营背景者优先，熟悉链上生态及资产。  强大的数据sense，能够熟练运用数据分析工具，从数据中提炼价值，指导运营决策，提升运营效果。  具备优秀的框架思维与抽象能力，系统化解决问题，责任心强，注重细节，耐心且细心。  英语水平良好，能够流利进行日常工作交流，关注国际区块链行业资讯，保持创新思维。  持续学习能力强，能够快速适应行业变化，具有良好的沟通表达能力，促进跨部门协作，共同推动项目发展。
