Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in recruitment, sales, or business development who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and working in a target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements
• Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to team objectives and overall business growth

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, with 1–3 years preferred
• Experience in a target-driven or performance-oriented environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Good command of English
• Strong interest in recruitment, sales, and business development
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Additional language skills are a plus
