Associate Show Lead - Originals

Acme is seeking an Associate Show Lead to work side-by-side with our Acme Originals team. This is an exciting opportunity to throw yourself smack dab into the middle of the intersection of content creation and technology.

Our position requires a precision performer. An eager, technical- and production-minded individual with an interest in ground breaking entertainment platforms. In this position, you will support Acme’s original content efforts by managing the flow of assets from and between Acme and our production partners. The successful candidate must create and maintain and efficient workflow of content delivery, asset management, trafficking and publishing. This person will assist in the creation and organization of promotional material, ensuring content availability messaging is accurate, and monitoring promotional campaigns – while ensuring we exceed our high-quality bar offering our customers only the best entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Asset Management: Track and Organize all show assets (Marketing/ PR/ Promo/ Video Production) that come in at various stages of production from different sources (Agencies, Production, etc)
• Maintain the most current show information in the Original Show Packets
• Manage all internal content requests: Trailer requests/ PR Screeners/ Sales Requests
• Oversee the Screening Room (PR) asset publishing process
• Support the Content Operations team by tracking all assets that are needed for international distribution and delivery
• Track invoices/ costs of all work done for downstream delivery
• Manage the ingestion of assets and metadata and QC Process for Original series
• Manage the clip and caption creation process
• Work with the Legal team on approvals
• Work with Production and Vendors on scheduling and deliverables
• Implement/ maintain/ improve upon various work flow issues internally and externally
• Gather Performance Data and Analysis of Original Content

Qualifications:

• Ability to navigate a variety of technical and content management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
• Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Photoshop
• Possess a passion for Original Content
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Understand data collection and analysis
