Job Description

Bumble Roofing is seeking a motivated and self-driven Associate Roofing Pro to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, connecting with homeowners, and educating them on roofing solutions.

You’ll schedule appointments for our Roofing Pros to conduct free roof inspections and help homeowners with storm damage assessments and roofing upgrades.

This is an outdoor, physically active, field-based role, perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in residential areas to introduce homeowners to our roofing services.
• Educate homeowners on roof inspections, storm damage, and potential upgrades.
• Schedule free roof inspections for our Roofing Pros.
• Follow a structured work schedule to maximize lead generation and meet performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish trust with homeowners.
• Document all interactions and follow up with leads to ensure timely appointments.
