The Role

Reporting to the Division Director, the Associate Recruitment Consultant will join an established, high performing team that rewards both individual and team successes.

The Associate Recruitment Consultant will:

• Receive industry leading training in all aspects of professional consulting
• Be coached and mentored in the skills of developing new business relationships
• Utilise a broad range of industry-leading recruitment tools, including the latest in AI technology, to generate a high-calibre talent pool.

Through both developing new business, and through leveraging existing Robert Half relationships, you will be strongly encouraged to view your 'desk' as your own business operating within the Robert Half business at large.

You will be trained on the optimum metrics by which to manage and grow your business. Specifically, you will:

• Source candidates through internal databases, referrals, advertising, networking, & direct recruiting.
• Conducting in-person or virtual candidate meetings to evaluate profiles & job preferences for career vacancies within the Technology sector.
• Generate your own business and develop your own portfolio of clients.
• Providing customer services and solutions to both candidate and client.
• Negotiating contract terms & referencing.
• Develop your own personal brand in Sydney’s Technology market.

The Associate Recruitment Consultant will be trained and supported by the best consultants in the Sydney market. Robert Half's local and global support network will ensure the highest level of training and on-boarding support, including off-site induction programs facilitated by global industry leaders.
