We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the business portfolio, cost management, and data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives. Work closely with Global and Regional counterparts to ensure alignment.
  • Project Delivery: Independently owns and drive E2E project delivery to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery, applying governance and quality principles throughout.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with IT, Business, and Functional teams to align directives, scope, and deliverables. Build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Business Analysis: Understand business processes and requirements, perform analysis, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and risks.
  • Reporting & Insights: Support Delivery Lead in preparing portfolio reports, tracking project progress, and delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Resource & efficiency managements: review resource strategy and help track and contribute to overall portfolio efficiencies.

 

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications

  • Solid IT understanding with Tech Background; exposure to Engineering.
  • Experience in portfolio management, project management, business analysis, or change management, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms is highly desirable. Willing to learning quickly is a must.
  • Great sense of ownership, attention to detail, delivery focus, and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results.
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with Global, Regional and local stakeholders.
  • Excellent Excel and PPT skills.
