To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara South.

Reporting to the Sr Operations Manager the Associate Production Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
  • Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the line’s success.
  • Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality.
  • Guide a team of professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and acknowledge requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability.
  • Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
  • Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.
  • May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function.
  • Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
  • Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
  • Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with standards..


The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Basic-Intermediate English
  • Experience as leader.
  • Flexible working hours availability
  • Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
