Job Description

Invesco is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support a range of multi-asset, derivatives-based strategies managed by the Global Strategies investment team. The team manages over $16B in assets globally across option strategies, risk parity, commodities, multi-strategy and trend following strategies, serving both institutional and intermediary clients as part of Invesco’s broader Solutions and Custom Strategies platform.

This role supports the development and delivery of high-quality product content, reporting, and strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth. Along with senior members of the product management team, the Associate Product Manager serves as subject matter expert for the investment team, partnering closely with portfolio managers, client portfolio managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product positioning, clear messaging, and alignment with commercial priorities.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to translate complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready materials. This role sits on the investment team and offers broad exposure to the investment and product lifecycle and provides a strong foundation for career progression across research, implementation, portfolio management, or client portfolio management.

  Responsibilities of the role:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the investment team and the client reporting and analytics team, ensuring alignment on data, messaging, timelines, and deliverables while leading recurring month- and quarter-end reporting and product collateral updates.

  • Partner cross-functionally (legal, compliance, risk, technology, sales, and marketing) to ensure compliant, high-quality product messaging is reviewed, approved, and delivered on time

  • Support regulatory and governance requirements, including fund board materials, prospectus/SAI reviews, and ongoing reporting deliverables

  • Serve as a key resource for marketing and RFP teams by maintaining accurate product data, managing consultant databases, and supporting RFP/DDQ content and positioning

  • Ensure quality control across product websites and internal platforms, maintaining accurate, current, and compliant content

  • Assist in coordinating product change management efforts, aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely updates across systems and client communications

  • Partner closely with CPMs and the broader investment team to drive alignment across product, distribution, and marketing, while building deep expertise in strategies and portfolio performance

Requirements of the role:

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within asset management

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel required

  •  Strong understanding of financial markets and core investment concepts and processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts

  • High attention to detail and strong project management capabilities

  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and driving change

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business or related field preferred); CFA (or progress toward) is a plus
