Deliver one or more foundational and advanced technical courses or workshops

Apply tools, content, and processes to ensure learners can apply those skills optimally in their day-to-day roles

Gain and maintain technical proficiency on Saviynt products and solutions, Cybersecurity domain, field expertise, attend release rollout presentations to continually prepare for delivery

Actively participate in curriculum planning sessions for new product training
-
Review training curriculum/labs and provide feedback to instructional designers.

Act as "Course Champion" for new or existing courses.

Research alternative delivery models and opportunities to continuously improve learner engagement
-
Mentor new Instructors.

Manage major projects within the department; multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, both verbally and written, across departments

Balance long and short term goals by prioritizing activities.

Consistently meets or exceeds goals (course delivery quality metrics)

Anticipate and resolve common problems, recommend and implement solutions
-
Adapt well to changing job and project requirements.

Work non-standard hours as necessary to support global time zones.

Travel up to 50% and when required within your territory. Valid passport or ability to obtain a valid passport to travel and delivery classes globally.
What You Bring
-
Minimum 7 years of software/technology instruction and facilitation to various technical audiences (i.e. software engineers, systems administrators, developers, sales and service engineers, etc.)

Minimum of 5 years experience with Cybersecurity and Identity security or competitive application products is a plus
-
Technical and troubleshooting skills in at least one software application or technology.

Knowledge of Linux/Unix

Developer experience with Java, Python is a plus
-
Excellent communication, presentation and customer interaction skills
-
Knowledge and effective experience in classroom management.

Ability to meet the requirements established for the Instructor Certification Program.

Experience in education, including developing course materials.
-
Ability to manage, implement, drive, and track projects in a deadline driven environment.

Ability to teach in multiple languages a plus
-
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a technical or related field is required
