Associate, Middle Office II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Middle Office II to join our Middle Office BOLT team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform cash and/or collateral reconciliation and/or various related cash payments
• Preparation and review of fund valuations, timely delivery to external client
• Liaise with custodians, TA, and other stakeholders to resolve any reconciliation issues
• Research and resolve discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or
• Research and resolve complex operational or client requests
• Coordinate process improvements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar
• 3-4 years of relevant experience (NAV knowledge is desirable or in related areas such as Transfer Agency, Financial Reporting, Audit or Reconciliations)
• Practical and theoretical knowledge and/or experience in reconciliation including monthly NAV
• Wide knowledge from Investment Banking/Prime Brokerage area, technical knowledge on trade lifecycle and how financial instruments work - both listed and unlisted
• Practical and theoretical Cash Management knowledge (SSI, SWIFT) and/or Income/Corp Action related processes
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency function and related subscription and redemption process
• Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
