How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead the execution and ongoing evolution of European therapy development initiatives focused on patient activation, referrer engagement (CATALYST), and pathway optimization.
  • Partner closely with commercial field teams to strengthen engagement with referring healthcare professionals (HCPs), equipping them with the right tools, messaging, and materials to drive meaningful long-term interactions
  • Own and continuously optimize HCP engagement strategies, supporting a variety of interaction models such as educational sessions, referral events, and structured field engagement activities
  • Manage the development, adaptation, and deployment of marketing and educational assets, ensuring content is scientifically accurate, compliant, and tailored for both HCP and patient audiences
  • Drive digital engagement initiatives (e.g., newsletter campaigns and ongoing HCP communication), ensuring content is relevant, impactful, and aligned with broader therapy development goals
  • Act as a central coordination point across a highly matrixed organization, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, Field Excellence, and local country teams
  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned European markets, supporting local teams on therapy development initiatives and ensuring consistent execution while adapting to local needs

This position is a temporary contract for two years, with potential for permanent employment subject to business needs.

What you'll need (Required):

  • University degree with strong experience in marketing/ therapy development/ HCP engagement, or other related roles (e.g., sales, clinical, or field marketing) in life sciences environment such as medtech, pharma etc.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
     

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse teams (commercial, medical, senior stakeholders)
  • Strong ability to translate complex scientific/clinical information into clear, impactful messaging
  • Experience working in or closely with field/commercial teams and understanding their needs
  • Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives across countries
  • Understanding of cardiovascular space / TAVI / structural heart is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital engagement tools, content platforms, or CRM-based campaigns
