Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to drive high performance and engagement
- Set daily operational objectives and coordinate team workflows to meet business demand
- Monitor operational metrics to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with quality control systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and equipment justification
- Lead team meetings and promote collaboration, communication, and alignment
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Support audit readiness and oversee timely and effective audit responses
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree or other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 3-4 years of prior experience in supervising, leading, or coordinating teams.
- Understanding of operations, methods, and quality systems
- Knowledge of quality control systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $58,800.00 - $122,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Summary
