Associate Manager / Medical Lead Japan & APAC 

 
  
  

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Act as a member of cross-functional and cross-regional team across Global /APAC
  • Plan medical initiatives in line with global/local strategic imperatives and execute them
  • Generate new evidence through IIR, ISCS and/or CSS
  • Mediate doctor-to-doctor medical education by leveraging generated evidence
  • Review and approve promotional materials
  • Manage thought-leader relationships through scientific communication
  • Organize and lead scientific advisory board meetings
  • Contribute to scientific publications

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

・University degree or above preferably in science-related field in radiology areas (preferably radiologist / radiological technologist)

Experience
・3+ years in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry (open to various therapeutic areas)
・Experience developing and executing medical strategies for pharmaceutical brands
・Clinical research and trial management experience

Communication & Interpersonal Skills
・Excellent presentation skills; able to represent the company professionally at medical and scientific events
・Strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency required and preference for Japanese speakers but not mandatory 
・Ability to engage authoritatively with healthcare professionals and investigators
・Relationship-building and persuasion skills

Leadership & Collaboration
・Leadership ability with skills to motivate teams
・Strong team player who can collaborate across a large organization
