About the role

In this role, you’ll review and process Group Life, AD&D, and Waiver of Premium claims. You’ll ensure accurate decisions and payments, verify eligibility, and provide compassionate service to policyholders and beneficiaries. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team dedicated to excellent service.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate claims based on policy provisions and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with policyholders and beneficiaries to gather documentation.
• Maintain clear, defensible claim records.
• Issue accurate payments and conduct annual reviews for waiver claims.
• Collaborate with legal and medical teams when needed.

Compensation

Hourly Range: $22.00 - $29.98 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
